A real-life Band of Brothers & Sisters

NICCI

Nicola was born in Kenilworth, Warwickshire and from a young age enjoyed acting and dancing in its many forms. She took Theatre Studies at A level and played the role of Mari in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice as well as choreographing her school’s musical productions. After joining the Royal Navy aged nineteen, her artistic interests were put on hold while she qualified as an Air Traffic Controller and undertook a psychology degree through the Open University.

Since being medically discharged from the Royal Navy in 2011, Nicola has rediscovered her love of the theatre and all things creative. She played the role of Jean in the Falmouth Theatre Company’s production of Funny Money by Ray Cooney and she played the role of Judith in  The Opposite Sex by David Tristram. She is currently completing a Masters in Professional Writing and working on her first novel. Nicola also writes and maintains the CVP blog.
